I'm Paulia, An Expert in Staging Homes
Making living spaces functional, welcoming, and uncluttered is my passion. As an Accredited Staging Professional and Real Estate Agent affiliated with Hot Springs 1st Choice Realty, I combine a background in real estate marketing and advertising to bring a unique set of skills to our staging projects. Never intimidating, I approach each project with a sense of fun, with a focus on selling.
My primary motivation in founding "Primp Your Pad" Staging is to share my design solutions to help you sell your house more quickly and receive higher offers. It is stressful to have a home on the market, so the quicker we can get it sold, the better! I truly love home staging and I want to use that passion to help others.
We work with homeowners to create real estate value, with the understanding that a property on the market is a product, and must be presented to potential buyers in such a manner to attract and engage them in a way to be memorable and emotional. Our goal is not to simply make a property “pretty” so that it appeals to anyone but rather make a connection with the specific buyer for that property.
"The way you live in your home and the way you sell your house are two very different things"
Isn’t Home Staging Expensive? No! The cost of home staging is MUCH LESS than the cost of your first price reduction! In fact, home staging can pay for itself. Savvy sellers know that staging a property prior to listing has the highest return on investment when preparing a home for the market. Staging costs less than your first price reduction" It's as simple as that.
You have one chance to make a good first impression, so let's make it count! Properties that stand out from the competition sell faster and for more money. A small investment can make a HUGE difference.

Happy Clients' Homes
I was amazed at what a difference it made by decluttering and neutralizing my home.
After we staged my home to sell, we got an offer as soon as we put it on the market.
I had no idea how good the home would feel after we decluttered and staged the home. I almost wanted to keep it.
